Both photos had been taken in the B'nai Yisrael Reservoir near Nov in the southern Golan, on Saturday, after a very stormy day. The upper photo had been shot in the morning. See the fence pickets (in the bottom of the photo) that were almost covered by the flooding water at the early afternoon. Namely, the water had risen by then more than three feet in about seven hours. According to the weather-person, the nearby Kinnereth's (Lake of Galilee) water level has risen during the stormy weekend by 21 cm (8 1/4") and still rising
