One-thirtyone is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Sai Kung, a converted 3 storey village house nestled on the bay of Three Fathoms Cove. From the moment you arrive at the restaurant’s ornate iron front gates, you will be swept off your feet by its elegant charm and the feeling of total escape.
After a warm welcome, you will be led along the paved walkway into one-thirtyone’s warm and vibrant dining room. Through the French windows of the honey toned room, you have a panoramic view of the private manicured front lawn and the sea. It is the perfect setting for the culinary experience you are about to enjoy.

One-thirtyone serves a prix fix menu six days a week, by reservations only. Lunch is served Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, weekdays lunches can however be arranged by special request for six persons or above.
We offer 2 menus that change on a daily basis. The 4 course ($500) and 6 course ($800) are designed by our chef (Gary Cheuk) and his team to showcase the best seasonal products available.
