Blaze hero told us not to panic, sobs daughter
Four people, two of them firemen, were killed and 55 injured in Sunday's inferno.
An RTHK caller, who identified herself as Chun, yesterday tearfully recounted how Chan shared his oxygen supply while saving her and her mother.
Chun said she is sure the fireman who saved them was Chan because he took off his oxygen mask when he noticed she and her mother were finding it hard to breathe. Chun said she first became aware of the fire when she smelled something burning. She opened the door to find the corridor engulfed in smoke. Minutes later Chan came to their rescue.
