Sai Kung Astropark opens

The newly completed Astropark has opened, providing recreational, educational and astronomical facilities for viewing the night sky.
Situated in Chong Hing Water Sports Centre, Sai Kung, the $3 million
facility is equipped with astronomical equipment managed by the Space
Museum.
Occupying a 1,200-square-metre site, it is divided into the Educational Zone, Naked-eye Observation Area and Telescopic Observation Area.
The Educational Zone has eight replicas of ancient Chinese astronomical instruments, including an armillary sphere, equatorial sundial and direction-determining table.
