Hong Kong Government To Sell 2 Residential Sites By Public Tender - Hong Kong - Business - Real Estate - Property - auction


The Hong Kong government said Friday it plans to sell two residential sites by public tender, as part of its pledge to boost private housing supply amid a booming property market.



The government said the two sites, in Stanley on Hong Kong island and Sai Kung in the New Territories, will be sold via tender that will open Aug. 26 and close Sep. 30.

The site in Stanley will have a maximum gross floor area of 461.4 square metres, while the site in Sai Kung will have 346.6 square metres, the government said in the statement.
