In another shocking display, the eccentric singer, 25, wore a costume that made it appear she was carrying her own bonce.

She had insisted on a closed set as she prepared for her appearance.

It meant only a handful of people knew what she was planning before she belted out her new track Marry The Night.

So when she took to the stage there were gasps from a gob-smacked audience.

One said: “She sure knows how to steal the show. GaGa just blows everyone out of the water. People will be talking about her performance for weeks.”
