ITE & MICE, Hong Kong’s only travel fair, continues to highlight the theme of Wellness and Medical Tourism (WMT), which will next be held from June 14 to 17, 2012 at Halls 1A to 1E at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center.

Sotheby’s will open 2012 global wine auctions on 14 January 2012 at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong with a various owner sale of Finest and Rarest Wines Including the Bordeaux Winebank Collection. Highlights include over 200 cases of investment grade Bordeaux from the Bordeaux Winebank Collection, Super Second Bordeaux of exceptional quality and value, great Burgundy from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, historic Champagne direct from the cellars of Veuve Clicquot, as well as a selection of rare California Cult Wines.	Environmentally friendly toys, stationery and baby products have attracted more than 2,600 exhibitors to four trade fairs, which kicked off Monday at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

Organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival will make its comeback to the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade from 27-30 October 2011. In its third year running, the event will feature some savoury new programmes, including the Spanish Night and the Japanese Night. A bigger Grand Tasting Pavilion will also be set up for oenophiles’ enjoyment in a spacious, classy environment.	MEGA SHOW Part 1, October 20-23, 2011 and MEGA SHOW Part 2, October 27-29, 2011 will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
