Amazon expected to launch ‘Kindle’ tablet Wednesday, taking on iPad

Amazon is expected to unveil a tablet computer Wednesday, picking a fight with Apple Inc. and its iPad. The iPad has many challengers, but analysts say Amazon’s could be different — it has a chance to be more than a wannabe.

The human heartbeat could be used to power an ipod after scientists developed a tiny chip which uses the body's own movement to generate power.	Continuing its series of launch events across the globe, Samsung recently launched Galaxy Tab in Hong Kong. Samsung has partnered with many local publishers including Ming Pao Group, Crystal Windows Books, Cultural Communications Press, Joint Publishing, GuangBo Media Limited, Mings Reader, Chung Hwa Book Co and Cup to provide content for Galaxy Tab.
