After the clash between advocates and police inside the Madras High Court premises on February 19, about 470 advocates of the Tambaram Bar Association have extended support to lawyers of the Madras High Court, and the black flag is a symbol of support.

CHENNAI: Four undersea earthquakes of moderate intensity struck off the coast of Andaman and Nicobar Islands on Sunday afternoon, leading to tremors in parts of the city. The first quake of 6.0 magnitude was registered on the Richter scale at 1.59 pm 120 km south-west of Port Blair, at a depth of 10 kms undersea.
