On Saturday a World Record attempt took place along Pattaya Beach organized by the Thailand Royal College of Physicians. A group of 4,000 people were attempting to break the record for the largest aqua aerobic display which stood at 2,009 people at any one time. The display was officially opened by Princess Julaporn Walailak.	Deputy Governor of Chonburi Thanee Samartkit held a meeting at City Hall on the 3rd March to discuss preparations for a sporting event to be held in Pattaya on the 25th April.
