The incident happened last weekend at a Whole Foods Market branch on River Road in Edgewater, New Jersey.
A 14-year-old girl allegedly took the microphone at the chain's courtesy desk and said, "All blacks leave the store."
An employee immediately alerted police, who took the girl and a 14-year-old boy who was with her into custody.
The girl has been charged with bias intimidation and harassment.
"Whole Foods Market has a zero-tolerance policy regarding all matters of prejudice and continues to work with local law enforcement on this issue," Whole Foods spokesman Michael Sinatra told Bergen Record in an interview.
Less than a month ago, a 16-year-old boy was arrested on the same charges after a similar incident at a Wal-Mart in Turnersville, New Jersey. In that case, the boy reportedly announced over the store's intercom, "Attention Wal-Mart customers: All black people, leave the store now."
