Thailand's Thongchai Jaidee won for the third consecutive time at the World Golf Championships-Accenture Match Play Championship, beating Japanese golf sensation Ryo Ishikawa, 5 and 4 in the Jones Bracket in the third round.

Thongchai's final five of seven wins were secured with pars.

Ishikawa had seven bogeys through 12 holes and stood 6 down with six to play when he chipped in for birdie for a win at the 13th. Alas, matching pars at the 14th ended it.

This has been Thongchai 's second 5-and-4 victory this week, and he still hasn't played the last three holes. He advances into the quarterfinals where he will face Ian Poulter.
